• It does not store the feedback requests you generate in a database.
• It does not upload files on your behalf.
• It does not provide a live form that your clients can access or submit responses through.
• All generation logic runs locally in your browser using preset templates.

4. Information you may enter

To generate a feedback request, you may enter or select the following:

• Feedback deadline

This information is used only to assemble and display the generated feedback request on your screen. It is not transmitted to our servers, saved to a database, or shared with any third party as part of the tool's operation.

The current version of ClientFeedbackForm.com does not require cookies for the tool's core functionality to operate.

ClientFeedbackForm.com includes links to Chasepad and may link to other relevant external resources. 9. Chasepad

Chasepad is a related workflow product also operated by The UGC Playbook LTD. It is used when users want to collect, track and manage client feedback, approvals, files and sign-off in a live workflow. If you choose to use Chasepad, Chasepad's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply to your use of that product.

10. Data security

Because ClientFeedbackForm.com does not store feedback forms, client files or personal data entered into the generator, the exposure of that information through our systems is minimised. The tool is designed to keep data processing local to your browser.

As a general practice, we recommend that you avoid entering highly sensitive, confidential or legally privileged information into any browser-based tool unless it is strictly necessary to do so.

11. Your rights under UK GDPR
